Do one thing perfectly, instead of a hundred things poorly. Our hero is donkatsu — a panko-crusted cutlet fried to order. We ship our own fresh panko directly from Korea and make our King Sauce in-house. Udon, ramen and soba round out the menu, but everything orbits the cutlet.
Wholehearted hospitality. We anticipate, we don’t react — the best service feels invisible, because what a guest needed was already there.
